I'm going to tell you about some useful apps for your Windows Phone that you would like to install and use
The first one is
 Adobe reader or a variable by Microsoft 'PDF Reader' : Your phone needs a PDF reader to process pdf files for viewing so an app for that purpose is necessary if you want to open PDF files on your phone.
For Playing videos on your phone you can have two video player apps
1. VLC for Windows Phone, and
2. CCPlayer
The VLC player has got some more abilities with supporting more codecs for .mkv and .mp4 files whereas the CCPlayer has got a  better User Interface so its all upto you which one you go for.
There comes another app Cool Tiles.
This is a good app, providing you with very handy shortcuts like cellular, flashlight, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC etc on the Start screen as Tiles.

When it comes to Camera Lenses, I suggest you to go for
1. Blink: This allows you to capture moving pictures or something like an animation and make it funny stuff.
2. Lumia Refocus: This app allows you to apply the focal effects on the images you capture through this app.

Talking of the Performance app
1. Antutu Benchmark is a good app to check your phone's performance in the form of scores for the various processes it performs




Now in Photo Editors
1. PicsArt is a good app with many good effects and tools to make your photo look amazing.
2. Fantasia Painter is another good app with more controls and cool effects to apply on your image.
3. Lumia Creative Studio is the best inbuilt app to edit photos normally so keep it updated.

Omni Media Converter is a good app that I've used so far for converting video file to audio and higher resolution to lower resolution .mp4 videos

WhatsApp update for Windows Phones: voice calls and audio attachment added

Hi there!

So now, the wait is finally over, WhatsApp for Windows phones now supports the two major demanded features

• Audio Files Attachment
• Voice Calling

But it has got some conditions too

You must be running your phone on Windows 8.1 or higher.
The Update is available on the windows phone store and was provides on 06/24/2015  morning.

Along with these features there are few other changes like:-

• Change in the notification logo: Now the notifications show up in the action centre with a colourless WhatsApp logo unlike earlier when they showed up with the white-green WhatsApp logo.

• New messages are now shown in a different way: The new incoming messages and calls are now more clear to see and are shown on the top beside the menu (Chats, Favourites, Contacts)

The messages' status (the tick marks) are now even more visible with the photos and videos. The marks are now solid coloured unlike earlier when they simply got the same colour as did the text messages.

So, go through the update, its about 19 MBs on the store!

How to Move your Contacts, Music and Messages from your previous phone to you Lumia

Its Really a Tough Task to move your contacts in a Lumia because Sending Namecards/vCards/Contact Cards to your Lumia via Bluetooth isn't that easy.

You would have to accept every single contact via Bluetooth would have to save them Individually.

So an easier way is to do it through an App

1. Turn the bluetooth On in both your Phones (Your Old Phone and Your Lumia).

Wi-Fi Connectivity Problem in Lumia Smartphones

Hey Mate!


You might be Facing Problems while connecting your Lumia to a WiFi router or any Hotspot and yes that is very annoying.

Problem:

For the Times you try connecting your phone to the Hotspot, the error message that comes out is something like "Sorry, Your phone cannot connect to the WiFi network .
This Problem occurs mainly on the new smartphones that haven't gone through any Factory Reset.

Solution:

The solution to this problem is quiet painful, you would have to give your phone a Factory Data Reset.

After the first time you give your phone a reset, you would not face the problem for a long time in the future.

I'm sorry for not having any alternate solution to this problem but I would like to give you some tips before you go to the solution.

Steps:

1. Settings menu of the phone.
2. Scroll Down to the About Section of the settings menu and open it.
3. There you find the option to Reset your phone. Tap onto it and follow the instructions.
4. After the process is completed, set up your phone again as you did in the beginning.

Tips:

1. Make sure you move all your personal stuff like games, music, videos, documents etc. to your External SD Card and Remove it from the phone for more safety.
2.  The Process of This Factory reset may take some time so you don't have to panic if it takes like 5 minutes. Relax and let it Happen.
